I believe this is the second time Penguin Random House has put out a sampler of the upcoming Fall 2015 titles.
I personally love when publishing houses do this because it gives you a sneak peek into the upcoming titles and it allows you to read a little snippet of the book. I have found so many little hidden gems this way.
