Good Morning Everyone. Hope everyone had a good week this past week. It was a little busy here as Michael started pre camp hockey. This is our last weekend of it and then into evaluations, he also takes part in a flag league for a few weeks on Wednesday nights and then a parks program Friday nights. Throw in parent/teacher night and all the regular stuff it made for a busy week.

Anyways on to the books.

Currently reading:

Can I just say that I am “hooked” on this book. Its really good so far. I am almost 1/2 way through it. I sadly won’t be in bed reading because Michael has been asked to score keep a atom double letter exhibition game and I need to run and do groceries.

Good Morning Everyone. Hope everyone had a good week this past week.  Its been a good week here so far. Michael has started hockey pre-camp this weekend. So far so good he is having fun being on the ice and I have to say its a little stressful because he is in midget and the age group is 15 to 18 so this will be a new experience for us but looking forward to it.

Good Morning Everyone. I hope everyone had a good week. Well its hard to believe but we just wrapped up our last long weekend of Summer 2018. Where did the time go?

Its been an emotional week/weekend because not only has Michael started grade 10 but this weekend we got together with my family to do a memorial dinner for my mom. Its hard to believe its been 3 years already. So I am hoping that today will be a low key day but I don’t think it will be. Don’t you wish sometimes you could just hide away from the world and just chill?

This week I am currently reading:

I am almost done with An Unwanted Guest (I have roughly 100 pages left so that will be done this morning) and the Vox is almost done as well (hoping to get that done at some point either today or tomorrow)

Good Morning Everyone. I hope everyone had a good week. Its been a little crazy with prepping for school. Michael goes back on Thursday this week and starting grade 10. Where does the time go? He will be graduating in two years. How crazy is that?

Good Morning Everyone. I hope you are curled up and reading this morning. I am currently curled up on the couch reading this morning. For the past two weeks I have been forcing myself to get out of bed earlier just to kind of break the sleeping in routine.

This is officially the last week of summer vacation and then next week its back to school. Where did the time go? We are prepping this week for it with tons of back to school shopping.

Good Morning Everyone. I hope you are curled up and reading this morning. What a crazy week its been and sadly it feels like I haven’t really been reading anything over the past week or so but I have been. I guess its just because its in short spurts.

The past two weeks I have been purging books. I have managed to rearrange and clean up my bookcases, emptied any totes bags I had filled with books (that was almost 15 bags), cleaned out my cedar chest and started going through the boxes in the basement. I have purged so many books.

So this past week since the purge I have been sorting through the books and sorting them out by stand alones and series and with the series I have found an online resource that allows me to keep track of them like goodreads. The site is called fictfact.com

I will need to do a review post on them because I absolutely love it. You just need to enter the author or series and all the books come up so entering them is as easy as clicking on a button no need to enter the series one by one.

Through this site I have discovered that I have books missing so I think in one of my dh’s rushed efforts to bring boxes to donate he accidentally took some of the book boxes so now I will probably have more books to purge as I try to decide if I should replace them or just donate the rest of the series. What would you do?
