My problem with personal resolutions is trying to fix too many things at once in too short a period..lose weight, clear clutter, organize my life, etc…I know I can’t accomplish them all but I am eternally optimistic!!
i usually focus on one attainable goal and create a mind-set to make sure I stick to it!

From my past experiences I know that you must never give yourself a goal or resolution that is totally unattainable. I always wanted to stay fit and for almost 29 years now I promised myself to exercise 6 out of 7 days a week. I take it one day at a time. It isn’t always easy but I still do it.

I would really like to lose 10 lbs., work harder at getting published and develop my blog more. Now I’m just trying to schedule these things into the rest of my life!

My resolutions are usually too hard to stick with, but this year I hope to get myself organized and stick to a budget.

I try to change things in my life in small doses! Setting my sites to big just clears a path for failure!
