Today is the day that the first annual Canada Day Blog Hop starts. Thanks to Chrystal and Aislynn for being the host of this.
I was going to go shopping and send something but I thought about it and I have decided that I will be using the Book Depository instead. I think it will make things much easier.
So for my give away for one lucky reader you will be able to pick a book from one of these authors: Louise Penny, Kelley Armstrong, Catherine McKenzie, Robert Rotenberg, Lesley Livingston, Lucy Maud Montegomery or any other Canadian author.
Please note that I am only going to offer this to one Canadian reader. Just leave me a comment with the book you would want to win and why along with your email address so that I can contact you should you be the winner.
In the mean time you can check out the other 34 blogs Canadian bloggers to see what they have to say.
Happy Birthday Canada.

RE: the old Canada Day Blog post. My favorite Canada Day activity is definitely fireworks.
The book I would love to win more than anything is by my favorite author, Canadian Kelley Armstrong. I adore Women of the Otherworld. And the new book comes out this month: Spell bound.
Happy Canada Day!

I would love to win 1967:the last good year by Pierre Berton – or anything else by him. Whenever Canada day comes around I just want to read Canadian history books and see how far we’ve come since confederation.
