Today’s topic is: What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned as a blogger?
I think the biggest lesson I have learned as a blogger is that its okay to decline book requests. I know when I first began blogging and getting requests I accepted alot and over booked myself for fear of a publisher or rep declining me from future books.
Gradually I learned that no one will be mad at your for declining a book you don’t like or that might not fit into what you read and blog about.
I am almost upon my 6th year anniversary and over the years I have fine tuned my scheduling and keeping myself organized. I admit there is still times I over book myself but I learned to go with the flow and not stress about things like I would have in the past.
