(Giveaway) Day 3

Welcome to the third day of my blogiversary give away. Today I have a book to give away. Its a signed copy of The Queen of Cool by Cecil Castellucci. I picked this up on Saturday when I went to Cecil’s book signing.

ABOUT THE BOOK
On the outside, Libby Brin is the most popular girl in school. But on the inside, Libby is dying – of boredom. In a moment of desperation, Libby signs up for an internship at the Los Angeles Zoo, much to the dismay of her friends, who’d prefer she spend her time with them, shopping, partying, and making fun of everyone else. Oddly, Libby realizes that she actually enjoys her new job and that she may even like the two “nerds” she works with. Will the Queen of Cool be forced to give up her crown?

  1. Well, if I was FORCED to give up something, I guess it would be housework because I don’t enjoy doing it and it takes away from fun stuff like reading. I’m thinking you want to know something good I’d give up, though, so I’m going to say my cell phone, because as much as I love it, I know I could get by without it. milou2ster(at)gmail.com

  2. If I were forced to give up something it would be my cookbooks – i mean, you know how MUCH i LOVE to cook – so it would be a real hardship – but hey! you gotta do what you gotta do….

  3. Gee, if I was forced to give something up? Ice Cream? 🙂 And, I love ice cream!

  7. If I had to give something up, it would have to be coffee. I drink it constantly and it can’t be great for my overall health.

  8. I suppose I should give up coffee too (it’s on my list of things to do, eventually!), because it makes me a bit crazy and doesn’t totally agree with me… but it tastes so good, it’s hard to give it up!

  9. Forced to give up something…right now, how about the heat?

Ok, ok…how about hardcovers? Don’t like hardcovers anyway. Except the signed ones. I need those. And maybe not the ones I haven’t read yet. Clearly, I have to think about this some more.

    Thanks for the contests!
