Tynga’s Reviews is the host of Stacking the Shelves and the other host is Mailbox Monday which now has its own blog.
Mailbox Monday will no longer be hosted monthly by different bloggers.
I am also going to be taking part in the Bought, Borrowed and Bagged (BB&B) that is hosted by Frankie AKA Braine over at http://www.talksupeblog.com/ . This is a weekly meme where you share what books you have bought, borrowed or bagged (this would be books you won or that were gifted to you).
Good Morning everyone its another hockey day for us. We have a game this morning so as this is going up we are getting ready to head out to a game.
I also got some books to review:
Thanks to Simon & Schuster UK for sending this to me. Sounds like a good Christmas time read.
I am on a blog tour for The Sparkle Box. Stayed tuned for that on the blog shortly.
A Plain & Simple Christmas by Amy Clipston came from redeeming my Harlequin reward points.
The following three books were sent for my Holiday Gift Guide:
- The Bluffer’s Guide to Chocolate
- The Bluffer’s Guide to Hiking
- The Bluffer’s Guide to Wine
This week I have a few books that I bought a little while ago. There was a promotion at Chapters where if you spent $40 you were given a $10 card to use on your next purchase and if you bought any teen book you got an additional 500 bonus plum points.
Signs Point to Yes is the second novel by Sandy Hall. I really loved her first book so I am curious to read this one. It sounds like a cute book and I love the cover.
I have been wanting to read Atlantia since it first come and and now that its in paperback I can’t wait to read it. It sounds really good as well.
Black Widow: Forever Read was one of those books that I was hoping to get at BEA and wasn’t able due to someone miss counting the line. This is not my typical read but it sounds really good.
Finally the last book is Poet Anderson Of Night Mares by Suzanne Young and Tom Delonge. I don’t know what it is that makes me want to read this book but I really want to read it. I love the cover art of the book.
So that is what books I got this week, what about you?
