The Mailbox Post June 16th – 21st

Its hard to believe its that time of the week for another mailbox post.
The hosts of the mailbox memes are:

Tynga's Reviews

Tynga’s Reviews is the host of Stacking the Shelves and the other host is Mailbox Monday which now has its own blog.

Mailbox Monday will no longer be hosted monthly by different bloggers.

This week I did purchase two books. Michael was given a gift card for his birthday and he decided he wanted to make a swap with me. I would cash in the gift cards and give him the money. He wanted to go to the lego store so I figured why not so with the gift card I bought:

Both are books I am really excited to read. I have never read anything by Sara Shepard and this sounds really good and what’s not to love it takes place in one of my favorite US cities- NYC. I just finished up reading the Pledge series by Kimberly Derting so I am super excited to dive into this one.

I am also going to start including the ebooks/earcs that I get as well.

Also included in this haul is a book that I won during ArmChair BEA.

The books are:

  • Platypus Police Squad The Ostrich Conspiracy book 2 (won this)
  • The Heiresses by Sara Shepard (bought this)
  • The Taking by Kimberly Derting (bought this)

The following are all ebooks

  • after I do by Taylor Jenkins Reid (this is for a blog tour I am on)
  • The Dare by Hannah Jayne (I am on a tour for this)
  • Some Boys by Patty Blount
  • The Girl from The well by Rin Chupeco
  • Virgin by Radhika Sanghani
  • Fever by Melissa Pearl ( I was on the blog tour for this)
  • dream boy by Madelyn Rosenberg & Mary Crockett
  • the girl who never was by Skylar Dorset
  • the vast and brutal sea by Zoraida Cordova (I am on a tour for this)
  • the miniaturist by Jessie Burton
  • The Sweet Spot by Stephanie Evanovich

I am super excited to dive into all those great ebooks. Is there anything that you are excited to read?

How was your week? Any good books come into your mailbox this past week?

  1. Kathy Martin says:

These all sound great. I enjoyed The Taking but still haven’t finished her Pledge series. I did bring the second one home to read this summer. Come see what I got at Inside of a Dog and Ms. Martin Teaches Media. Happy reading!

  2. I got The Girl Who Never Was at BEA. Looks like you have some good books to read for summer!

  3. After I do looks good, hope you enjoy.

  4. The Taking was a good book. Happy reading!

  5. I am very curious about The Miniaturist, hope I get my hands on it soon.

  6. Nice haul and congrats on your winning 😉

    My new additions 😉
