Books & Receiving Them

I have held off making this post for a while thinking that within the 12 days since the Canada Post strike has been on that this would have been resolved by now but waking up this morning to listen to the news I learned that Canada Post has locked out there employees so that means that no mail will be delivered what so ever. I don’t see a end in sight for a while.

So I just wanted to let any authors, reps or publishers who have sent me books (recently) and they used regular mail to ship them and your are wondering if I have received them please check my Mailbox Posts. All the books I have gotten in the mail are listed there and I post on a weekly bases.

All regular courriers are delivering such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator and DHL.

Sorry for any inconvience this might be caused with reviews and tours that I have committed to.
On the plus side this strike will allow me to catch up on the books I have already received this year.

  1. What a pain for you! I would have withdrawal without my mail delivery!

  2. I have a few books I’m waiting for and I’m getting frustrated with this strike. I spoke to my mailman who is not happy either because he doesn’t get paid for each day he’s not delivering…

  3. I know, the strike makes me sad. No packages waiting for me when I get home…

  4. I agree that this is a huge pain. Hopefully, it’ll get settled soon.
