The Mailbox Post

As you know Mailbox Monday is originally hosted by Marcia at The Printed Page. Marcia has decided to put Mailbox Monday on a blog tour and for the month of December the Mailbox Monday host is Jenny from Let Them Read Books.

Jenny is a new blogger to me and I am looking forward to reading more of her blog. So don’t forget if you take part in Mailbox Monday hop over to Jenny’s blog and leave your link.

We are already into the first week of December. I have a feeling that this month is going to be flying by rather quickly.

This is what came to my door this week and they are all for review:

I was contacted by Jan Markley (a new to me Canadian author) to read and review both of her Middle Grade Books called Dead Frog on the Porch and Dead Bird Through the Cat Door for my Middle Grade Book Challenge. Be on the look on in January for both reviews and perhaps a visit by Jan. She graciously signed both copies of the book for me.

I was also contacted by Kerry Sparks (another new to me author from Texas) to review both of her Middle Grade Books called Frost Bites (book 1) and Jen and the Frosted Friends (book 2). She signed both books and sent me the cute little cupcake pencil top eraser and bookmark. Look for both reviews in January as well as perhaps a visit from Kerry.

The Pursuit of Happiness by Douglas Kennedy just showed up for review. I am not sure if I will read this or not but I am going to give it a try in the New Year as I have decided that I will be more open to reading different genres of books.

This is what came to my door the first week of December, what about you?
