MINI REVIEW:
Worst Case Scenario: Survival Hanbook: Middle School (PUB DATE May 2009)
Its a great little handbook for anyone entering middle school in the fall. I wish I had this book when I went to school. There is all kinds of tips on how to survive the change from elementry to middle school. I think this is a great book to give a graduate who will be entering middle school in the fall.

Call me Mimi (PUB DATE Oct 2008)
The book is about Mimi. She just graduate high school. She is over weight. Her mother works in two hospitals to support them. Mimi has no idea who her father is because her mother went to Toronto for a sperm donor. Mimi wants to go to Toronto to find out who her father is but her mother won’t hear of it. When her mother is offered a job for the summer in Iles de la Madeleine, Mimi thinks this is the perfect time to go to Toronto. I really enjoyed the book because it takes place right here in Montreal.
